3rd Nature was a collaborative effort between myself and fellow design student Kara Roche. Our goal was to create an organization to bring together young creatives in the Detroit area, creating an awareness to the flourishing artist community that exists but is often overlooked.

We held an event on December 3, 2010 at the Russel Industrial Center to encourage networking, communication, and exposure for local Detroit creatives. The end result was a night of music, art, drinks, collaboration and positive energy that fed into our first 3rd Nature Network line-up.

Plans for the future of 3rd Nature include creating a more evolving online presence and more events to unify Detroit as a creative force to be reckoned with.
